Probably had a bad connection and contemplating on whether to throw the da** phone into the water.Ha!Ha!
Actually, I watched this guy for a long time because I was sitting on a bench close by. He was definitely struggling with something as he sat there for a very long time. He was there for over an hour from what I saw. I'm not sure if he came any closer to solving his problem or not, which I don't think was related to his cell phone. LOL....
