This is one of my favorite trees in our neighborhood. It's rather difficult to get a good shot of it from the sidewalk as it is so massive and I was a bit reluctant to stand in the middle of the street. I love the base of the tree, and the different levels of the branches. There is a nice little spot right there, where I can imagine myself sitting with a friend and watching the day go by. Funny though, I have never seen any kids sitting there. It would be the perfect spot if you ask me.

I like graffiti and every now and again I come across something that makes me laugh. I am happy to know that toad does indeed live. I was beginning to wonder what happened to him.
This is the kind of dog I need! No walking, feeding or vet bills. It just sits there all pretty like on it's nice little cushion in it's fashionable leopard-skin print coat!
I couldn't resist this photo as it really looks like the head of a pig to me. I love the neat driftwood you find at the beach.

Dreams
Hopefully soon, this will be full of happy little birds. We have had a few warm moments the last week.
White coral bells
This photo just makes me smile. Neil is relaxed and having a good time chatting with Donna's friends.
This retaining wall is at the front of our building. The rocks are weathered, mildewy and there are all sorts of interesting berries, leaves etc., buried in the cracks.
